Janine Bear’s career as a Wood River Valley Realtor began in 1993, and she has since facilitated over 600 transactions, from residential and commercial real estate to land purchases, foreclosures, and investment properties. Janine is INCREDIBLE. I emailed her at 830pm that I was leaving town in 24 hours but wanted to see a listing. Despite the owner saying she needed 24 hours notice, Janine was able to get us in the very next morning. Long story short, we ended up buying the house. Janine negotiated an amazing deal and went out of her way to do everything that we couldn’t (we live in CA and this will be our second home) because we weren’t in town. My mom is a great realtor, so I’m tough to impress but Janine really impressed us both 🙂
